Overview

Hyland is looking for an experienced DocuSign CLM solution engineer to join our Information Systems Application Delivery team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and building solutions within Hyland's DocuSign CLM platform with a focus on configuring workflows, document generation, templates and other aspects of the platform to optimize our contract management lifecycle. Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable in DocuSign CLM administration, declarative and programmatic customizations, have experience with integrations to other applications, and will thrive on building problem solving solutions for our business partners. Our contract management lifecycle is closely integrated with Salesforce including CPQ for the quoting process. Experience working between both applications is desirable. What you will be doing
    Design, prototype, build and configure complex solutions according to best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Focus on DocuSign CLM and Salesforce CPQ related enhancements for our Contract Management Lifecycle and Quote, Order and Renewal Processes.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions for yourself and other team members.
  • Ensure all solutions are developed and documented in a manner that allows for ease of maintenance by our support team.
  • Transition key information to application support team to ensure continued successful support of internal business customer.
  • Test business applications and ensure performance is optimal and resolve any issues; advise business on testing practices.
  • Assist with estimating work effort involved in developing and configuring solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to leadership and business stakeholders including status updates, anticipated delays and blockers.
  • Identify impacts and develop migration plans for complex business solutions and applications.
  • Identify, review and evaluate team identified enhancements to product functionality; escalate appropriate enhancement requests to evolve software
  • Identify third-party product enhancements or defects; contact vendors of third-party products to communicate product enhancements or defects.
  • Make recommendations for internal process improvements based on an understanding of business, application and development tasks.
  • Mentor, coach, train and provide feedback to other team members including peer review feedback.
  • Safeguard the security, integrity and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data.
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.
What will make you successful
  • Experience administering DocuSign CLM including groups, templates, clauses and folders
  • Experience building DocuSign CLM workflows
  • Experience administering Salesforce, including CPQ is beneficial but not required
  • Experience working the agile software development methodology.
  • Significant experience in implementing integrations with other business applications.
  • Significant experience configuring and implementing a technical solution
  • Significant experience with assigned business applications
  • Experience in business analysis and documenting functional requirements
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
  • Strong at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information
  • Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Able to effectively manage a consistent customer-oriented project workload; effectively communicates project delays to management team and proactively seeks additional customer project work
  • Up to 5% travel time required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $113,000-$129,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
