Job SummaryThe position is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of implementing member experience and communication strategies for a variety of marketing channels, including letters, bi-folds, flyers, newsletters, digital platforms, emails, and texts. All within a highly regulated environment. This position will provide business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of Medicaid divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency. The resource may support and lead team responsible for implementation of initiatives with high complexity that affects multiple functional areas within the division.Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week.
